ORDERS & DELIVERIES

Orders placed on DENYM are delivered during weekdays. Delivery costs will vary depending on your address. 

Order preparations take 2-5 business days to complete, and delivery takes 2-9 business days.

We always encourage FULL contact and address details to be provided on your orders to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

DENYM cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete address, though we'll try to minimize any potential delays.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? No problem, we always allow cancellations as long as your order hasn't been shipped!

We can't cancel your order if your order has already been shipped or out for delivery.

If you've cancelled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS

Since we do not offer returns or refunds due to our products being Made-to-order / Customized per order, we only offer exchanges and only in cases of faulty or wrong items. 

If you are not satisfied with the product, we advise you to contact us directly to assist you the best way we could with resolving your concerns. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Some countries may not charge any extra fee upon delivery, and for other countries, the import duties and sales taxes are not included in the total price paid on DENYM and may be charged by the courier upon delivery. 

As we're unable to advise the exact countries or amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
